The primary benefit to this is that each person would need to use less electricity each day. Instead of of waking up in the dark and turning on a light to get ready for the day, you can use the natural sunlight. Everyone saving a little electricty adds up quickly. Also your idea of having no time zones is pretty crazy. Time zones allow us to have an established idea of what people at various locations in the world are doing. For example if you know its 4am in country X you are not going to call and wake them up. Granted you still have to keep track of time zones but thats better than having to know the location of every nation in the world.
